Isabel Rosenstein

Isabel earned a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin’s Stan Richards School, a top 5 program in the U.S. for PR and Advertising. While studying, she explored the world of hospitality through Paula Biehler PR, working with Austin-based restaurants, food CPG retailers, and boutique hotels, including Stagecoach Inn, Con Olio, and Fonda San Miguel. Isabel executed influencer campaigns with top Austin influencers to drive brand awareness, and also managed social media profiles on behalf of her clients from curating content to conceptualizing program launches. Isabel subsequently worked both as a Publicist and FOH at Dropkick, a cocktail bar and restaurant on Austin’s renowned 6th Street.

It was through these positions and her studies at UT Austin that Isabel developed a love for marketing and PR. She brought that passion to Tel Aviv, where she worked as a Content and Media Associate at Reblonde, a leading global technology and blockchain PR firm. Isabel worked with a variety of B2B and B2C tech clients across the realms of finance, NFTs, media, and entertainment. She creatively pitched stories and ghost-wrote thought leadership pieces, which were published in NASDAQ, CoinTelegraph, Benzinga, and The Wrap, among other publications. She also drafted client SEO blog posts and paid promotional content, which were published in LA Weekly and Tech Times.

After a year in Tel Aviv, Isabel returned home to New York to join the team at Bolster Media as a Junior Publicist, where she continues to pursue her passion for culinary PR, securing both local and national press for a bevy of clients in the F&B space: Kith Treats, El Fish Marisqueria, Einat Admony, The LEE Initiative, Kelsey Barnard Clark, Friend of a Farmer, and more. Aside from traditional media relations, Isabel also enjoys working with clients on creative partnerships and marketing across various social media platforms.

She is passionate about all things food and travel, and you can likely find her trying out a new restaurant in New York City, hosting her friends for dinner, or reading a Mitch Albom book.
